Today was the last day in London. The last day in Europe, actually.
We got up early, ate our English breakfast, and went to a whole new world underground. We rode “the tube” around everywhere today. I’ve ridden the public transportation in every location so far on this trip and I have to say of all of them, London has it figured out. I got us onto the wrong train only once but after that I was a pro at it. Plus, it’s dirt cheap.
London has been hot [or at least that’s what they locals think] for the past 2 days. It’s been in the 80s which is really nice compared to the 113 heat indices it is in Mississippi right now. (UGH) But today, mom and grandma got to experience the UK in the way I knew it best during my time in Guildford. –> Rainy.
Then it was time for the grand finale of our trip: WICKED!! We started off with a delicious dinner at a fancy shmancy restaurant called 2 Bridge Place.
Then it was off to the world’s greatest musical. This show was amazing. I can’t wait to see it again!
