I ought to mention this will be my last post about my garden since it is no longer with us. Thanks to Mr. Frost. Until next year…
2. Supreme 90 Day
Oh, come on. You had to see this coming. I can’t live without my workouts with Tom. Seriously, though, $20 and awesome workouts. It doesn’t get better than this. Buy it now!!
3. Starbucks Christmas Blend
I literally count down the days until this blend is released and I can honestly say that I’ve bribed a Starbucks barista this year to let me purchase a bag two days before it was released. With every intention of keeping her job, I was undoubtedly denied.
3. Barbara’s Puffins Peanut Butter
This stuff is so good, especially with a splash of Almond milk and a naner. According to Fooducate, it gets a C+. With 110 calories per serving (for those counting) and less than 1.5 tsp of sugar, I can’t really see why it would not get an A++.
4. Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla Chips
Hands down, best snack ever. Goes great with fresh fruit and brie, salsa, hummus… These lil’ guys are gluten free, kosher, vegan, cholesterol free, a good source of fiber, no trans fat, no msg, excellent source of whole grains, low sodium, not genetically modified, all natural and have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. It even says all that yadda-yadda on the bag. I swear, they are tasty! Just keep an eye on the portions. And remember that multigrain is NOT necessarily whole grain. Look for 100% whole grain in order to get all the nutrients from the grain, including fiber.
5. Biotin & Agadir Argan Oil
My hair is a mess. Years of curling irons and straightening results in more split ends than I care to discuss with you. One of my goals for the wedding is to get my hair back in shape (along with the rest of my body). These two products (shown in the blurry picture above…sorry, I really need a tripod) and item #2 are going to help – and they already have. I started taking Biotin a couple of months ago and am already noticing the results. Wikipedia it if you’re wondering what it does, I’ll spare you the details here. The Agadir Argan Oil is a new find and a bit on the pricey side, but does wonders to frizzy hair. Read about it here. Definitely worth the moolah, plus a little of it goes a long way.
6. Biofreeze
Buh bye, Icy Hot. Hellooo, Biofreeze. This stuff works miracles on stiff or sore muscles. And is the closest thing to a cure for tension headaches. It’s a winner.
7. 6-Piece Melamine Bowl Set
