I didn't mean to do it, I swear. If you (still) read this blog, thank you! I hope you will be happy to know that my hiatus is over. I dusted off the cobwebs and had to reset my password, but we're up and rolling now. We're good now, right? The break was unintentional. I recently started a photography business and promised I wouldn't let myself get overwhelmed. Well, long story short, it happened. I got buried alive with things that were priority over blogging. So I'll just add this to my 2017 ... View the Post
Will run for pasta.
Saluti da Italia! This morning we met our friends for cappuccinos and pastries at a little cafe tucked away into the base of the mountain next to a natural spring. The coffee in Italy is unlike anything I've ever had. So smooth and wonderful...Starbucks will never be the same. As we walked along the stream to the cafe, we noticed the water was not only clear, but became more turquoise in color. It completely threw off the exposure of my pictures. Many have little American touches, like this Ford sign painted on a building. It reminds me of my dadoo and of ... View the Post

This and that.
Welcome to your Wednesday!! That means the day after tomorrow is Friday. Sweet. My second home. My Wednesday has me here at the HPC^2 (High Performance Computing Collaboratory) bright and early running ten or so simulations that I expect to take 2-5 hours...each. And I need them done by Friday. pro-cras-ti-na-tion: noun, /prəˌkrastəˈnāSHən/, /prō-/, the act of procrastinating; putting off or delaying or deferring an action to a later time. source The ...
