As pretty as Luke AFB is... The palm tree lined street that we lived on. ...we were ready for a change. The Viper Pilot was done with his training at Luke and when I picked him up at the squadron (we are currently a one car family) he looked at me and said, "Well, I have no where to be for the next 5 days...San Diego?" And we both knew. Yes, San Diego. So we packed our bags and went to San Diego for a long weekend. It was spontaneous and we are not impromptu people, but we said, "Let's ... View the Post

Boom. :) We also found ourselves celebrating ... View the Post

It is positively hot outside...and inside, too. Our AC died last night. It was already 88 degrees at 7:30 this morning and the thermostat in the house read 84. The weatherman warned me to stay hydrated because the heat index was going to reach 105 day. That was all I needed to hear. I went to Walmart and ... View the Post
food is my favorite.
Hi guys. The other night, my sweet teeth attacked me. Literally, attacked me. There was nothing I could do. 3 (THREE) layers of carrot cake Chocolate Eruption: chocolate cream, chunks of cheesecake, slivered almonds and chocolate curls Thank you, Sweet Pepper's Deli for having the best desserts ever. I die. These were devoured by Alex and I and distributed evenly to my thighs. But it was oh so worth it. Sometimes, it really is worth it. That's what the Supreme 90 is for anyway, ... View the Post
